We also take pride in the fact that all of our windows and doors are supported by accreditation schemes covering weather performance, security, manufacturing, paint application and material sourcing – all of which are run by independent third-party organisations. Being part of these schemes means we regularly undergo audits to ensure our products are fully compliant.

At Bereco, our timber windows and doors are designed with optimum energy efficiency in mind. Our standard double glazed windows achieve a whole window U-value of 1.2 which means they successfully meet the notional target of the new Part L, allowing you more flexibility with your build design for SAP calculations. Whereas, our triple glazing goes even further achieving whole window U-values as low as 0.8.

Plus, our timber windows and doors are naturally renewable, carbon neutral and made from only sustainably sourced FSC® 100% certified softwood or hardwood.

Yes. Our espagnolette locks supplied by Fuhr and Winkhaus are PAS24:2016 Secured by Design certified. Our cylinder locks are supplied by ERA from their Fortress range and are certified to TS007. They are three-star rated Sold Secure Dimond, Neighbourhood Watch and Secured by Design Approved.

All of our windows manufactured using FSC® 100% engineered laminated timber. We offer both redwood (Scots Pine) and hardwood (Dark Red Meranti) – both with the same extensive warranty. When comparing the two, our hardwood has a more of an open grain structure meaning it gives more of a textured finish, particularly when stained.

At Bereco, we can guarantee the delivery of our wooden windows and doors within 6-8 weeks all year. This is because we have a state-of-the-art production facility and dedicated sawmill which means we’re in complete control of all key elements helping us to meet our customer’s deadlines.
